About Lizzy

Since 2001, Elizabeth "Lizzy" Malone, owner and founder of Lizzy's Schoolhouse, has worked in the field of education. Lizzy’s vision of working with individual and small groups of children, combining all levels of education under one umbrella has become reality.  Her idea of comprehensive and private learning with flexible scheduling encourages and supports families within the San Fernando Valley (her home town).   Lizzy has always had a passion for teaching and inspiring children to understand that education can be fun, rather than a burden.

Lizzy is a mother of 4 children and  her experiences with the different learning needs her children has encouraged her to create a one of a kind business facilitating unique and individual opportunities for children and families.
